Double-Side Planer & Rectangular Rip Saw
GT-400R is special designed for furniture or prepare material factory which need to cut big timber for small quantity and different of process. Its maximum thickness of cut is 300mm and width of cut is 400mm. Just use it for twice, and then you can get four right angles and the plain surface.

If you remove the saw equipment, GT-400R will be the double side planer. The advantage of GT-400R is it does not need complicated setting of cutter-head in advance. Besides, the price of GT-400R is much more competitive than large four-side planer.

The Automatic single planer is our new model with high speed bevel spindle auto jointer. High speed means feed speed is 8 to 40m/min; bevel spindle is designed to be suitable for short workpiece processing that minimum length of cut is 100mm.

Auto jointer of GT-400J is like hand-jointer (only bottom spindle) but with automatic feed system. Compare with hand-jointer, its feed speed is very fast and the finished product is almost the same with hand-jointer.

The heavy duty planer of GT-400J offers performance and value, loaded with standard features which could not be found on other machines in its class.

In order to ensure the smooth process, series GTM-1020W is designed to provide the feed- in from tip plug and multi-spindle power transports feed-out. Our durable spiral cutter can cut woods in low noise and not easy to cause a stain on woods.

GTM-1020W could complete double surface processing at one time with fast feeding (7m ~ 20 m/min). For the clamp board width within 1M, the light sanding after double side planning could reach the effect of one side sanding and one side surfacing.

Double-side wood planer with great production efficiency!

The table equipped with three powered rollers is hard chrome plated and precision ground. The precision ground gives this planer a plenty of support for the larger workpiece. It can ensure the smooth feeding motion and maximum wear resistance.

There are two outfeed rollers and table rollers provided at the outfeed end of the top cutter-head. All rollers are powered to assure more powerful and stable feeding performances.

The powerful 5HP feed drive motor combined with inverter and gear reducer will handle the most demanding work. Its high speed feed up to 40M/min. It can provide extra powerful workpiece feeding and permit high-speed planning easily.
